hey guys im back from vacation and im gona start leading the raids again. i have noticed that alot of people do not need naxx 10 anymore and are ready to move on to naxx 25. i know a guy named gdk who runs a naxx 25 every week on tuesday, he clears the whole thing in 1 day and all are welcome to go if u have a gear score above 2000 ( i know not everone has above that but we will still do naxx 10 so dont worry) if u dont know what your gear score is go to WoW Heroes - World of Warcraft PvE character info ratings (http://wow-heroes.com/) and u can learn your gear score. so if everone want to start moving on to naxx 25 we can but we would have to move naxx 10 to Wednesday. we are going to have a guild meeting to talk about this so that the guild members who dont need naxx 10 can do naxx 25

What time do invites start for the naxx 25?
What days and times will the Naxx 10 raids be happening?

naxx 25 with gdk start at 3 to 3:30 and if we decide to do this we could move naxx 10 to Wednesdays and Thursdays

It seems to me that this was decided without the guild having any meeting at all. It already started the Thursday when you went away on vacation.
It gave others the impression that the individual desire to gear up is more important then gearing up and progressing as a group. This is evident even prior to that when you'd come on expect to raid, and find that some people couldn't wait 15 minutes and started finding other raids to join.

I agree with Cynthetiq. We need to have a guild meeting before drastic raid schedule changes. I have many alts so I do a lot of PuGs but I reserve one tank, one healer, and one dps for our guild's scheduled raids. I can switch to whatever class that is needed for our raid to run as scheduled.
Our guild has a lot of great people. We have wiped and we get back in to figure what went wrong. People in our guild do not get upset like many groups that I have seen. For this reason, I have put so many alts in our guild. To be honest, I have never put so many of my alts in one guild before.
Wolvern, it makes me sad to see how you have appointed someone to be a Guild Master and left like that. It turned out that the GM you’ve chosen appointed another to be the new GM, but before he left the guild he took all the gold from the guild bank and expensive mats. You cannot abandon your position like that. In life, there are many obstacles. It’s hard sometimes to deal with the situation we are faced with but as a leader you have to stick with it and deal with every situation as it arises.
I apologize in advance if I have offended anyone in this post.
